How to get your API keys for each platform
Go to skybox.vividseats.com and log in with your Vivid Seats seller account.
Click on your profile icon → Settings → API Access or Developer Settings.
If you don't have tokens yet, click "Generate New Token" or "Create Application". You may need to contact Vivid Seats support to enable API access on your account.
Copy the following values:
If you can't find API settings, contact Vivid Seats seller support at sellersupport@vividseats.com and request API access for your account.
Log in to your StubHub seller account at stubhub.com/sell
StubHub uses your seller account credentials for API access. The app will authenticate using your login email and password.
For advanced API features, visit developer.stubhub.com to register as a developer.
Make sure you're using credentials for a seller account, not a regular buyer account. If you don't have a seller account, apply at stubhub.com/sell.
Log in to your Gigsberg seller account at app.gigsberg.com
Navigate to Account Settings → API Access or Developer Settings.
Click "Generate API Key" to create a new key. Copy it immediately as it may only be shown once!
Your User ID is usually displayed in your profile settings or in the URL when viewing your account (e.g., /users/12345).
If you don't see API settings, contact Gigsberg support to enable API access on your account. You may need to have an active seller account with some sales history.
If you're having trouble getting your API credentials, contact your administrator or the respective platform's support team.
