📖 API Credentials Guide
How to get your API keys for each platform
Skybox (Vivid Seats)
Access Skybox Portal
Go to skybox.vividseats.com and log in with your Vivid Seats seller account.
Navigate to API Settings
Click on your profile icon → Settings → API Access or Developer Settings.
Generate API Tokens
If you don't have tokens yet, click "Generate New Token" or "Create Application". You may need to contact Vivid Seats support to enable API access on your account.
Copy Your Credentials
Copy the following values:
📋 Credentials You Need:
- Account ID - Your Skybox account number (e.g., "8075")
- API Token - Also called "X-Api-Token" (UUID format)
- Application ID - Also called "X-Application-Token" (UUID format)
💡 Tip
If you can't find API settings, contact Vivid Seats seller support at sellersupport@vividseats.com and request API access for your account.
StubHub
Access StubHub Seller Hub
Log in to your StubHub seller account at stubhub.com/sell
API Access
StubHub uses your seller account credentials for API access. The app will authenticate using your login email and password.
Developer Portal (Optional)
For advanced API features, visit developer.stubhub.com to register as a developer.
📋 Credentials You Need:
- Email - Your StubHub seller account email
- Password - Your StubHub seller account password
⚠️ Important
Make sure you're using credentials for a seller account, not a regular buyer account. If you don't have a seller account, apply at stubhub.com/sell.
Gigsberg
Access Gigsberg Seller Portal
Log in to your Gigsberg seller account at app.gigsberg.com
Go to API Settings
Navigate to Account Settings → API Access or Developer Settings.
Generate API Key
Click "Generate API Key" to create a new key. Copy it immediately as it may only be shown once!
Find Your User ID
Your User ID is usually displayed in your profile settings or in the URL when viewing your account (e.g., /users/12345).
📋 Credentials You Need:
- User ID - Your Gigsberg numeric user ID (e.g., "97870")
- API Key - Generated from the developer settings
💡 Tip
If you don't see API settings, contact Gigsberg support to enable API access on your account. You may need to have an active seller account with some sales history.
Security Notice
- 🔐 Never share your API keys with anyone
- 🔐 Your credentials are stored securely on this server and encrypted
- 🔐 Change your password if you suspect unauthorized access
- 🔐 Use unique passwords for each platform
- 🔐 Enable 2FA on your marketplace accounts when available
